If you are a band, artist or DJ and wish to apply for a MusicMan Events roster listing please follow the procedure below. Please note that we will only consider top quality professional bands, with a fully completed profile form, demo CD and digital photos.

1. Please download (right click – save as) and complete the profile form relevant to your act:

• band/artist profile form
  
• mobile disco profile form
  
  

2. Return this form to us via email. Please attach AT LEAST ONE digital photo to this email. One photo will be used for your profile page and the rest for your gallery page. These photos should ideally be sized to 300 x 200 pixels (portrait or landscape) and must be in JPEG format. These specifications are outlined on the profile form.

3. Please send your demo CD and any other promotional material to us at the address on the contact us page.

4. Once we have received your application and promotional material, your details will be assessed for suitability. If your act is considered to be suitable we will contact you to discuss your application and a possible viewing.

Please note: MusicMan Events are specialists in live music & mobile discos only. Other forms of entertainment (circus acts, magicians, caricaturists etc) are not currently covered by our services.
